A TATTOO ARTIST DRIVEN EXHIBITION AND FUNDRAISER

EXHIBITION OPENS SAT JULY 26, SHOW CLOSES AUGUST 7TH, 2025

This group exhibition is the first of its kind in Thunder Bay. Featuring original works by 35 local tattoo artists, AFTERHOURS brings tattoo-based art practices into the contemporary gallery space, exploring material experimentation, symbolism, and identity across disciplines. Artists present up to two original works each in a range of media, celebrating the breadth of their skills in creative expression.

Supported by Black Sheep Tattoo, this exhibition is organized as a fundraiser in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Thunder Bay. A portion of proceeds from art sales will be donated, alongside 100% of proceeds from a collaborative auction piece. Proceeds will support the Club’s mission to provide a safe, supportive environment where children and youth can experience new opportunities, build positive relationships, and develop confidence and life skills.

AFTERHOURS also aims to build relationships through creativity and community, bridging studio, tattoo shop, and gallery.
